MSMK is an International Official Accrediting Center governed by the British academic and regulatory university framework, and its official programs have direct recognition with the Spanish official education system. MSMK is the only BTEC center in Spain authorized to officially certify skills and competencies up to Level 6 (Official Bachelor’s Degree). We deliver official higher education programs under the BTEC Higher National framework, with the official BTEC registration number 90461, within Ofqual Regulated Qualifications.
All programs offered by MSMK comply with the UK Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ) and meet all Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) benchmarks, and are officially recognized by the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
MSMK is a Foreign Educational Center, officially recognized by the Community of Madrid with Registration Number: 28082472 ORDEN 4612/2024 of the Department of Education, Science and Universities.
Official programs offered at MSMK are regulated and receive direct recognition in Spain under Royal Decree 889/2022 of October 18, which establishes the requirements, procedures, and timelines for processing, as well as through the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and ANECA.
The equivalence of a British qualification to a Spanish qualification grants the foreign degree, throughout Spain, the same legal and academic effects as Spanish degrees at the corresponding level within the specific area and field of study for which equivalence has been declared.
With this type of recognition, MSMK students can access other official studies or pursue public or private employment positions that require a specific level of education.
To ensure the highest quality of education, MSMK is the only official university center in Spain audited twice per academic year by external evaluators. Pearson Auditors review the projects submitted by students, as well as the work of professors and the academic team, certifying and guaranteeing that the highest educational quality standards are met. The Top-Up Year is a British educational program that allows you to turn your HND or Higher National Diploma into an Official Bachelor’s Degree in just one year. If you have an HND, an Official Spanish Higher Diploma, or at least 120 ECTS credits completed in a similar Bachelor’s program, you can obtain your Official British Bachelor’s Degree in just one year.
